Pure Value Europe NV officially launched the Proteus smart display, the first reusable smart promotional display, on Thursday, October 25, 2018.
Every year, brands and retailers throw away one billion kg of cardboard through the use of traditional displays. This costs a lot of money and is not sustainable at all. Moreover, retailers and brands do not have a real-time view of the daily sale-out of these promotions.
Pure Value Europe NV, a company led by entrepreneurs Geert Marivoet & Bram Van Schijndel, sends a disruptive wave through the retail world with a game changer like Proteus. This ground-breaking display has been developed for two years in co-creation with a number of major retailers such as Delhaize, Carrefour, Retail partners Colruyt Group, Jumbo, Albert Heijn and Plus retail and brands such as Procter & Gamble, AB InBev, L'Oréal and Coca Cola. They all believe firmly in the innovative power of Proteus.
From 600 submissions worldwide, AB InBev selected two Belgian companies including Pure Value Europe NV to participate in the prestigious AB InBev "100+ Accelerator" program. AB InBev invests through the "Accelerator" in companies that help to solve environmental challenges. By investing in this Belgian start-up, AB InBev wants to realize sustainable objectives.
